Translation projects require allocation of qualified translators, resources, and time to complete the agreed work. Once a quotation has been accepted and the assignment has been confirmed in writing, the following applies:
- Cancellation within 2 hours of confirmation or before work has commenced – No charge will normally apply.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation or after the translation work has commenced – Full charges will apply as outlined in the agreed quotation.
- Cancellation after resources have been allocated or where the translator has started work – Charges will apply for the agreed project cost or any completed work undertaken (if it is a documemt exceeding 10 pages)
